You’ve probably heard of BODi blocks. The BODi block includes three weeks of five workouts per week, followed by an “UP Week” (short for Unconditional Progress) to reset and recover.

Super Blocks is Super Trainer’s remake of one of its most popular programs in BODi block format.

This is your chance to revisit your favorite programs with new workouts and a completely unique experience.

It’s all about giving you more of what you love, plus a little boost to help you get where you want to go.

Why are Blocks so groundbreaking?

They are based on block periodization, a proven approach that challenges your exercise and recovery without overtraining. It’s all about helping create consistency with your health assessment routine.

Your life is busy. It’s stupid to pretend you’re going to exercise every day and not eat cookies.

Therefore, we give up the idea of ​​perfection and provide programs that you can actually stick to in order to achieve effects that are relevant to real life. Really.

What is recommended for a healthy diet with Superblocks?

Nourish your body and reach your goals with either a healthy meal plan, a 2B mindset, or a portion fix.

Created by Ilana Muhlstein, MS, RDN, the 2B Mindset helps you develop a healthy relationship with food while feeling more confident in your body.

Portion Fix by fitness and nutrition expert Autumn Calabrese uses color-coded containers to make it easy to create perfectly balanced meals without counting calories or cutting back on food groups.

Enhance your super block workouts with over 1,000 delicious recipes on BODi.

When can I access the superblock?

A super block with all workouts and videos available starts on the first Monday of the “Start Month”. You can start the same day or the next day with your qualifying purchase.

In 2024, there will be three super blocks.

  • 2B Mindset (January)
  • Extend Bar (March)
  • Certain things (August)

Pre-sales are scheduled to begin on the 1st of every month. before This means you can purchase or unlock super blocks and be ready to go a month in advance, or any time thereafter.

For example, for the March 2024 super block, Xtend Barre, the presale begins on February 1st and the super block begins on March 4th.

Once unlocked, that super block will remain in your BODi library as long as you have an active BODi subscription. However, a BODi subscription is required to purchase, unlock, and access Super Blocks. The 2024 Super Blocks will be available in the BODi library a few months after launch.

How can I access the superblock?

There are several ways to unlock Super Blocks and additional Super Blocks for free.

First, you can purchase a Total Solution Pack or a Completion Pack. The Essentials collection is perfect for building a health-respecting routine. What if I already have a nutrition subscription? Renew your eligible subscription during the Super Blocks presale month to unlock future Super Blocks for free. For example, updating in July 2024 will unlock the August 2024 super block, Sure Thing. When you renew, you can get free super blocks only during the presale month.

What if I just need a standalone super block? You can access individual super blocks for $29 (prices vary by locale). If you want to unlock this super block, you must have a valid BODi subscription.

Super trainer Megan Davis will lead you through 3 weeks of 30-40 minutes of cardio and strength training a day for guaranteed results. This super block is a twist on Megan’s original program, bringing new movements with increased intensity from higher reps and longer intervals.

The first week focuses on endurance, and the second week focuses on power-based movements. Week 3 is a hybrid of endurance and power training, giving you the best of both worlds. We conclude the superblock with UP Week. There are two more workouts and plenty of time to reset and recover.

Thanks to Megan’s down-to-earth, empowering workout style and upbeat personality, Sure Thing makes you feel like you’re working out with your best friend every day. She will encourage you to say YES.

Extended Barre Super Block

The Extend Barre Super Block fuses the fundamentals of barre and Pilates to provide cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility all at the same time. Over three weeks, you’ll perform 30 minutes of low-impact, form-focused movements that tone your muscles, get your heart pumping, and deliver visible and felt results.

Andrea’s Extend Barre Super Block requires no barre or Pilates experience and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
