Stocking your freezer with homemade meals in advance can also help reduce stress after surgery.
You can also order fully prepared meals (rather than meal kits, which require meal prep and cooking) from a variety of subscription services and have them delivered to your home. Some grocery delivery services also offer prepared meal options.
