Amoila’s Kettlebell Academy is a nine-workout series divided into three training blocks of 30-35 minutes each. First, learn how to swing a kettlebell safely and correctly. Next, work on the basics of the clean before tackling intermediate and advanced exercises such as the snatch.

Take your swing to the next level with drills like the timed ladder drill, park-and-go-breath ladder, and more.

Kettlebell Clean: The Basics

Practicing rack holds and “finding your grip” will help you master this important component of the kettlebell clean.

Kettlebell Clean: Skill

Start this skill training with a dead clean before progressing to the traditional single-arm kettlebell clean.

Kettlebell Clean: Drill

Get sweaty with this high-volume workout and utilize multiple drills to improve your clean like a pro.

Kettlebell Snatch: The Basics

Expand your grip knowledge with the goose neck grip and familiarize yourself with the overhead hold position essential to the kettlebell snatch.

Kettlebell Snatch: Skill

By practicing the snatch drop, you increase your ability to smoothly absorb the weight of the kettlebell during the catch phase. You will then be able to combine all the elements you have learned to perform a complete kettlebell snatch movement.
