Member Spotlight: Jamie L., 12+ years with BODi

Jamie L. has been part of the BODi community for over 12 years, and her journey is one that many members identify themselves with. She goes back to the days of the 21 Day Fix DVD and remembers the excitement when BODi introduced streaming. “I was so excited when the streaming platform started.” Jamie shares. This makes it more flexible, more accessible, and easier to integrate into real life.

Over the years, Jamie has completed a wide range of programs, with MM100 and LIIFT4 being her favorites. “They really challenged me, but I still felt like it was doable.” she says. After a short break from continuous training, she found her way back to beginners only. It reminded me that progress doesn’t require perfection, just the willingness to try again. Along the way, trainers like Autumn, Jericho, Joel, Lacey, Megan, and Sean T. helped keep the workouts fresh, motivating, and fun.

Within the BODi Experience, Jamie found a space where his efforts were seen and supported. “I enjoy having a fitness-specific platform where I can share my journey.” she says.
