There are many ways to consume bitter melon. It is very easy to incorporate bitter melon into your daily diet. Bitter melon can be eaten raw in salads, blended into delicious drinks, or even made into bitter melon tea.

1. Bitter melon tea
You can make healthy tea from bitter gourd at home. The recipe is so simple that you can make it every day.
- 3-4 slice Dried or fresh slices of bitter melon (seedless)
- 200 ml water
- honey or agave syrup

Take a teapan, pour water and bring to a boil.

Boil water over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Add the bitter gourd slices to the boiling water and stir well to soak up all the nutrients.

Turn off the stove, add honey and leave for a few minutes.

Strain the contents using a strainer.

2. Stir-fried bitter gourd
Fried bitter melon is the most delicious and best way to consume bitter melon.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
- 2 sliced Bitter melon – seeds removed
- 3-4 garlic
- 1 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 small onion – finely chopped
- 2 egg
- pepper powder
- Salty as you like

Heat the stove, place a pot, and add oil.

Add finely chopped onion and crushed garlic to the pot

Stir the mixture until it has a medium brown texture.

Then add chopped tomatoes to the pot and stir well

Stir for 2-3 minutes, then add the sliced bitter gourd to the pot.

Cook until the bitter gourd becomes translucent.

Beat 2 eggs and pour into the pot

Continue stirring until the eggs are cooked

Turn off the heat and season the contents with salt and pepper.

You can eat it as is or with noodles or rice.
