Wedding bells are ringing!

You have found your soulmate. I can’t wait for D-day to arrive. You want to look like a glamorous, beautiful and stunning bride, so why not? That night, the bride will be the center of attention! Follow our healthy tips, suggestions, and wedding diet plans to look and feel great on your big day.

Planning and Wedding Blues!

Although this is the happiest time of life, planning a wedding can be a huge burden for families and brides.

Let’s not deny it! Planning your dream wedding can be a daunting task, and the months leading up to the big day can be a whirlwind of things to do: shopping, salon visits, family gatherings, preparations, dress and dance rehearsals, invitations, and more.

In this situation, healthy eating has taken a backseat as all the visitors are at home and the days are action-packed. For brides who live chaotic and hectic lives, it is best to maintain an easy, simple and sustainable diet plan.

Crash diet? That’s a big no!

Many brides go on crash diets to get instant results in order to fit perfectly into their wedding ensemble. A pre-wedding diet is not a crash diet. This is not healthy and you tend to gain back the weight you lose quickly. Also, the motive behind it should be to maintain a healthy lifestyle as you enter your most beautiful and exciting phase as a woman.

7 non-negotiable tips for brides-to-be:

  1. Please finish dinner by 7:30pm each day.
  2. Exercise for at least 45 minutes every day. Incorporate a 30-minute brisk walk into your daily schedule.
  3. Minimal eating policy – Eat small meals every 3 hours.
  4. Cheat meals are allowed from time to time until the third month, but cheat meals are prohibited starting one month before the wedding.
  5. Aim for 8 to 10 glasses of water each day.
  6. Avoid alcohol.
  7. Stay happy!

Here are some suggestions to help you stick to your pre-wedding diet with ease.

1 Stay hydrated—“hydrate, hydrate, hydrate”

We all know this simple mantra. Drink at least 2-3 liters of water every day. It’s best to carry a sipper or water bottle and have it on hand at all times. Why not try adding Label “Bride-to-be” Add it to your water bottle for extra motivation!

You can also keep your body hydrated by drinking sugar-free lemon water, coconut water, and water-rich fruit and vegetable juices.

The good thing about keeping your body hydrated is that it helps eliminate all the toxins from your body, you can get flawless skin, beautiful nails, shiny hair, and it also helps you lose weight.

2 A colorful and nutritious dish

Carbohydrates should not be avoided. Avoid simple carbohydrates and include complex carbohydrates like whole wheat, ragi, oats, brown bread, brown pasta in your diet. Add a salad, protein, and green vegetables to your plate. These include kidney beans, chickpeas, and lentils such as kala chana. Lentils are an excellent source of protein and are also rich in minerals.

3 Avoid “white people”

Avoid white flour, white sugar, and white rice.

4 Contains Healthy Fats

Incorporate healthy fats into your diet, such as avocados, nuts, and seeds. Nuts and seeds such as almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds contain omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are considered the right types of fats to improve skin and hair health.

5 Don’t forget vegetables

Eat green, yellow vegetables rich in antioxidants as part of your diet.

6 raw angle

Add raw vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes in the form of a salad. Salads can be eaten with meals or separately. These vegetables are rich in antioxidants that fight free radical damage.

7 fruits for glowing bridal skin

Eating fruit first thing in the morning (within 5-10 minutes of waking up) is amazing. You should eat fruit between meals.

5 foods to eat before your wedding for glowing skin:

  • beets– The anti-inflammatory properties, vitamins, and minerals in beets prevent acne and make your skin glow. Drinking a glass of beet juice every other day will help remove toxins from your body and purify your blood.
  • pomegranate– Gives supple, baby-soft skin.
  • almond– This small nut is rich in vitamin E, which helps keep your skin youthful.
  • tomato– Lycopene, an antioxidant found in tomatoes, prevents skin aging and gives it a natural glow. The acidic nature of tomatoes also helps prevent age spots, pimples, and acne.
  • strawberry– Improves skin tone and reduces skin wrinkles and fine lines.

Plan a healthy menu. Remember, a healthy menu doesn’t have to be boring. You and your friends can plan ahead for healthy meals and snacks and dance the night away.
