What type of training is available for Job 1?
It may seem like a 20 minute workout won’t get you results.
But wait until you try Jennifer’s innovative functional training.
When you work out multiple muscle groups every day and sweat all over your body, you’ll feel stronger, more energized, and feel accomplished.
Spend 3 days doing strength training. Jennifer knows that the best work requires constant challenge. That’s why each strength workout incorporates a different structure to help you progress and build strength without adding volume.
Also, do one day of endurance-building cardio and one day of HIIT to strengthen your stamina, improve your energy, and boost fat burning.
Jennifer is known for her amazing motivation in the gym and especially on the bike.
As a bonus, Job 1 includes four 20-minute indoor cycling workouts, a first for a BODi program.
These are completely optional, but if you have a Beachbody bike, or another stationary bike at home, you can choose to do these workouts on your cardio days to add variety to your routine.
Additionally, we will be releasing 5 bonus workouts post-launch, so keep an eye out!
Four of them focus on specific muscle groups, and the last one is an additional recovery routine for those days when you feel like stretching or adding more mobility.

What equipment is required for job 1?
To perform Job 1, you will need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells and resistance loops.
An exercise bike is required for optional cycling training.
Super Block is Super Trainer’s remake of one of their original programs in BODi block format. There are four programs (or “blocks”), each with five workouts per week for three weeks, followed by an “UP week” (short for “unconditional progress”) for reset and recovery.
of Job 1 Super Block It’s 3 weeks long, with 3 strength training sessions and 2 cardio sessions per week, making it perfect for all fitness levels.
Start with targeted strength training, work up a sweat with all-out HIIT, tackle dumbbells and resistance loops, and do bodyweight exercises with minimal rest.
End each week with classic strength training and bodyweight intervals to build muscle and endurance and burn fat.
Jennifer’s high energy bike 1 super block This is an adaptation of the Job 1 concept. 20 minutes of work and 5 rides each week for 3 weeks.
Focus on endurance, strength, speed, and power using a variety of terrain and riding styles.

Who is Jennifer Jacobs?
Jennifer holds a combination of eight fitness and nutrition certifications from the nation’s top certification agencies.
In addition to being certified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness nutrition specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), she is also a certified indoor cycling instructor through Schwinn and the American Athletics Fitness Association (AFAA).
A former Peloton Senior Instructor known for her functional training workouts and heart-pounding cycling classes, Jennifer will keep you accountable and help you be your best self.
