What is DIG DEEPER?

DIG DEEPER is an intense weightlifting program for all levels designed to build strength, confidence, and incredible physical results through total body reorganization.

What equipment do I need??

Dumbbell: You’ll need a variety of light, medium, heavy, and extra-heavy dumbbells, so you can choose the most challenging weight for each movement.

PRO TIP: As you progress through the program, you’ll build strength and confidence, and you’ll find yourself lifting much heavier than you think.

bench: You also need an adjustable bench, which is essential to properly support your body and target all muscle groups.

What is a body reconstruction program?

Body composition is the ratio of lean body mass (such as muscle) to fat mass.

DIG DEEPER is a body reconstruction program that changes your body composition by increasing muscle mass while reducing fat accumulation, making you leaner, stronger, healthier, and more powerful.

Body recomposition boosts your metabolism and helps you lose weight and keep it off.
